Oversized Torque Converter Pressure Regulator Valve Kit Part No. 113741-13K For JF010E units, use Sonnax kit 113741-15K.

Tooling: F-113741-TL13 • VB-FIX Vehicles equipped with Jatco JF011E (RE0F10A) transmissions commonly have TCC apply and release concerns that can be traced to problems in the torque converter pressure regulator bore.

Wear in this bore allows critical fluid escape from the circuit, resulting in erratic apply pressure, TCC codes and shudder/slip issues.

In addition, lube failures and overheat symptoms can arise. Reconditioning the bore and installing Sonnax oversized torque converter pressure regulator valve kit 113741-13K clears up these troubles for renewed TCC control.

• Hardcoat anodized aluminum valve combats premature wear.

• Lengthened critical spool for added stability and wear prevention.

Symptoms:

Delayed Forward & Reverse Push belt slippage

Cause:

Worn pump flow control valve and bore allow pump pressure to leak to low pressure side of pump.

Correction:

Ream the bore to restore circularity and size the diameter to establish functional clearances between the reamed bore and oversize valve. Functional clearances will eliminate pump pressure loss and slippage. Fits '07-later

Tooling: F-33510N-TL VB-FIX

Nissan/Jatco JF011E (RE0F10A) and JF015E (RE0F11A) units often have trouble with slipping, delayed engagement and/or reduced pump output.

Excess wear of the pump flow control valve allows crucial pressure loss that can lead to these symptoms.

• Installing Sonnax pump flow control valve 33510N-02 restores critical clearances for enhanced hydraulic control and renewed pump operation.

• If bore wear is discovered, Sonnax oversized pump flow control valve 33510N-01 is available.

• Hardcoat anodized aluminum valve combats future wear Lengthened critical spool operates in non-worn portion of bore for added stability and wear prevention
